Shared drive project

I probably should have been blogging about the shared drive project since it started way back in October 2008.

The first phase of the project ended on December 18 2009 and during the summer break before people come back from leave and the next phase of the project starts I thought it would be a good time to reflect on the project and what I learnt about information management, project management, people management and self management along the way.

I have committed to putting something on this blog every day in January so I intend to go back to the beginning of the project and work my way forward from there.
